Returns Procedure
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value.
Please return to: Clippy London, Unit 109, The Saga Centre, London, W10 5BZ.
Items purchased online or via mail-order cannot be returned to stores stocking Clippy products.
When sending a return, please use the returns slip provided and send the parcel via a signed for service. We would recommend getting return proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. If an order is not suitable Clippykit will refund your original postage costs.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
Processing returns
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 28 days during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact our Customer Services team on at +44 (0) 20 8960 7169.
Cancellations Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before its been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
