Summary of Delivery Charges
UK Delivery
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order the next day if ordered before 1pm, please note during our peak periods you should allow up to 5 days. If your order is urgent or you need it for a specific day please email kit@clippykit.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 20 8960 7169
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days
We may use 2 companies to deliver your goods: Royal Mail for Ireland, Isle of Mann, Jersey and Scotland and UKMail for mainland UK
Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. If any order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the anticipated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.
Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.
While we will use our best efforts to meet all orders we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular products displayed on this website. We reserve the rights to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.
No-One at Home
If there is no one in to receive your delivery, you can specify when you order where you would like the parcel to be left. Eg with a neighbour, on the porch . Goods delivered unsigned by the payee are not the responsibility of Clippykit Limited. Alternatively if you are not at home and have not specified an alternative the courier company will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery.
Overseas Delivery
Delivery to Europe is £8.00
Delivery to the rest of the world is £18.00
Providing your items are in stock we will always aim to get your order to you within 7-10 days to Europe. Deliveries to rest of world may take up to four weeks.
We will deliver your order via Air Mail Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
Clippykit products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
Does Clippykit ship to Post Office boxes?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes; however, we do deliver to BFPO's (British Forces Posted Overseas). For more information on weight limitations please visit the BFPO website at http://www.bfpo.mod.uk
Does Clippykit to multiple addresses?
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact our Customer Services Team at 0044 (0) 20 8960 7169 who will gladly handle your order request.
Tracking your Parcel
If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.
