When are the last posting dates for Christmas?
Our last posting date to the UK and Channel Islands is Dec 19th with Royal Mail tracked service. We can send parcels first class mail up to Dec 19th and latest delivery for a Special Next delivery is Dec 22nd. We are trying our hardest to get all orders out the same day if ordered before 12 noon. If your order hasn't arrived within a few days please call the office so that we can track your parcel.
How does my Clippy bag look when it comes?
All the products are sent blank, with the pockets unfilled for you to do yourself. Each product does comes with instructions and ideas on how to make your bag beautiful. The pockets are 9cm wide x 11cm high.
What payment methods does Clippy accept?
We accept all major credit cards VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo (except Amex), Maestro and debit cards. We also accept Paypal
How much is postage and packing?
Postage and packing is £3 within UK

What if an item is out of stock?
It will be on a backorder system, and will be sent as soon as possible. We will contact you to give you an estimated date of delivery.
What if I want to return an item?
We are happy to exchange or refund any Clippy product that has been bought from the Clippy website if the item is as new. Returning an item is at your own cost (unless faulty), we shall refund your original postage costs. Please call 020 8960 7169
What happens if my Clippy bag is faulty?
In the unfortunate circumstance that a Clippy bag is faulty please call 020 8960 7169 and we shall exchange or refund the item immediately.

When can I expect my order?
We aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 1pm but please allow 3-4 working days to be on the safe side. If your order is urgent please let us know and we shall do our best to help.

We send all items over £10 by Royal Mail tracked. If you order before 1pm Monday - Friday it will arrive within 2 days. During Christmas we shall try our best to process your order the same day but please don't be cross if it takes two days. Orders under £10 will go first class Royal Mail.
