The Clippy girls decided to bunk off work at lunch time to make Gyoza with our new Japanese intern, Akane.... They look ever so impressive and taste delicious, this recipe makes about 20 - here's how:
INGREDIENTS
*Gyoza Wrappers (I have spotted these in Waitrose for a million pounds but a Chinese supermarket is best)
*500gms Minced pork
*Spring Onion x 2
*about 8 leaves of Chinese Cabbage
* an inch of Ginger
*a tablespoon of Sesame Oil
*big handful of chives
*soy sauce / salt / Chili oil
